Job Description
- Implement and manage e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across marketplaces and owned platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithms to identify new growth opportunities.
- Drive conversion optimization initiatives, pricing strategies, and promotional planning in coordination with marketing and merchandising teams.
- Supervise daily e-commerce operations including product uploads, content accuracy, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment alignment.
- Ensure adherence to platform policies and compliance standards across all listings and storefronts.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce sales support team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, provide regular performance reviews, and facilitate continuous learning.
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer engagement metrics, and conversion data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics to resolve escalations and improve satisfaction ratings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar position, including a relevant FMCG background.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic Language.
- High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
- Working knowledge of the principles of sales and marketing management.
