Job Description
1-Generate leads through proactive outreach via phone and email, establishing rapport with clients to schedule meetings.
2-Conduct thorough research on organizations and individuals to identify promising new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets.
3-Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals and securing contracts.
4-Achieve individual and team sales targets by maximizing every opportunity to close deals and contribute to exceeding KPIs.
5-Actively listen to customers , accurately identify their needs, and provide insightful answers to their queries.
Job Requirements
● Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
● Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate product value propositions.
● Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
● Superior time management skills, ensuring efficient and organized work execution.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Excellent).
● A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong preference for experience in the medical insurance sector.
● Reliable car ownership is mandatory.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
