Job Description

Generate leads through proactive outreach via phone and email, establishing rapport with clients to schedule meetings.
Conduct thorough research on organizations and individuals to identify promising new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals and securing contracts.
Achieve individual and team sales targets by maximizing every opportunity to close deals and contribute to exceeding KPIs.
Actively listen to customers , accurately identify their needs, and provide insightful answers to their queries.

Job Requirements

●     Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
●     Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate product value propositions.
●     Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
●     Superior time management skills, ensuring efficient and organized work execution.
●     Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Excellent).
●     A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong preference for experience in the medical insurance sector.
●     Reliable car ownership is mandatory.
●     Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
