Job Description
- Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist
- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Job Purpose: Implement all export steps after order confirmation from the sales department, starting with coordination with the factory, through reservations, shipping, and quality, to preparing and shipping documents, ensuring the customer receives the documents, and making the final payment.
- 1. Coordinate the order after confirmation. Receive order confirmation from the sales department. Contact the factory to confirm the quantity and schedule a shipment.
- Coordinate with the shipping company or shipping line. Get the best shipping price and schedule the shipment. 2. Confirm the loading and arrival dates. 3. Share details with the sales team.
- Physical presence and quality control during loading. Attend loading at the factory if possible. Check quantity, packaging quality, and compliance with specifications. Photograph shipments and prepare a quality report.
