Job Description
- Review and analyze material take-off (MTO) sheets to understand project material requirements.
- Compare purchase requests (PR) against approved MTOs to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Accurately and efficiently submit material requests and related data within the SAP system.
- Communicate with factory and project engineers to ensure smooth material flow and resolve issues.
- Initiate and manage factory memos to communicate material needs, changes, and urgent requirements.
- Check stock levels, track under-deliveries, and align material needs with project timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience preferably within construction environment.
- Familiarity with material control processes and inventory management principles is a plus.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
