Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Business Development: 
 1 - Identify and research potential B2B clients within target segments 
 2 - Develop and execute strategies to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
 3 -  Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Technical Consultation & Solution Design: 
1 - Understand client requirements and provide technical consultations on sports facility solutions, including courts (football, basketball, tennis, etc.), pools, sports electronics (scoreboards, lighting), landscaping, and maintenance.
2 - Design and propose customized solutions that meet client needs, integrating various Khater Sports offerings such as natural and artificial turf fields, athletic tracks, indoor halls, outdoor courts, swimming pools, and all related accessories and equipment (e.g., bleachers, nets, fitness equipment).
• Sales & Negotiation: 
1 -  Present technical solutions and value propositions to prospective clients and key stakeholders.
2 -  Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
3 -  Lead negotiations on terms, pricing, and project scope to close deals.
4 -  Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: 
1 - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients.
2 -  Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle and potentially into project execution.
3 -  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence: 
1 -  Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in sports facility construction and equipment.
2 -  Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and product development needs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: 
1 -  Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
2 -  Coordinate with internal technical experts for specialized solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical preferred) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (1-5 years) in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the sports facility construction, recreational facilities, or related heavy equipment/infrastructure industries.
• Strong understanding of sports facility design, construction, and equipment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Ability to travel as required to client sites and industry events.
