Job Description

  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls,
  • Making travel arrangements (Business and private reservations)
  • Managing internal and external correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining the calendar.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Manage mail and courier services.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Females ONLY.
  • 3:5 years of experience (previous experience as a personal assistant would be a plus).
  • Presentable 
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Very Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook) and photoshop. (ICDL certificate is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
