Job Description
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls,
- Making travel arrangements (Business and private reservations)
- Managing internal and external correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining the calendar.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Manage mail and courier services.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Females ONLY.
- 3:5 years of experience (previous experience as a personal assistant would be a plus).
- Presentable
- Fluent in English is a must.
- High organizational skills.
- Very Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook) and photoshop. (ICDL certificate is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
