Job Description
- Follow the daily administrative operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across the organization.
- Identify and resolve communication bottlenecks, ensuring each department's needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Arrange & manage all shipment requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Record and maintain customer information in the company database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily reports on administrative activities.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks and projects are completed within specified timelines and to a high standard of quality.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English speaking & writing.
- English school graduation is preferred
- Experience: 1 to 2 years.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.…...).
