Job Description

  • Follow the daily administrative operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across the organization.
  • Identify and resolve communication bottlenecks, ensuring each department's needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Arrange & manage all shipment requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Record and maintain customer information in the company database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily reports on administrative activities.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks and projects are completed within specified timelines and to a high standard of quality.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping, minimizing errors and discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English speaking & writing.
  • English school graduation is preferred 
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc.…...).
  • Females only.
