About the Job:
Supporting the company's rewards programs to foster an exceptional employee experience and retention. This role is integral to the development and execution of a broader total rewards strategy and benefits plans.
Job Description:
- Support the development and continuous improvement of policies related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Serve as a key contributor to the administration and execution of total rewards programs, including annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and other recognition programs.
- Analyse and benchmark compensation data to ensure the company remains competitive in the market and aligns with industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the proper interpretation and application of compensation structures across different departments.
- Monitor and audit total rewards programs for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies, labour laws, and regulations.
- Conduct cost analysis and forecasts related to compensation and benefits programs to support budgeting and financial planning.
- Assist in the design and communication of compensation structures, salary scales, and job grading processes to enhance transparency and understanding among employees.
- Prepare reports on compensation trends, program utilization, and benefits.
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, to ensure optimal delivery of employee benefits and rewards.
- Manage reward and recognition programs to ensure they motivate employees and align with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- CIPD Level 5 preferred.
- +6 years of experience in Total Rewards/ compensation, benefits.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Fluent in English.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Attention to Details.

- Problem-Solving Skills.
- Financial Acumen.
*Preferred Qualifications:
- HR Diploma from the AUC.
- Training from World at Work.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in the healthcare sector with international companies.
