Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team at Al-Ahram for Decoration Supplies and Doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and building long-term relationships with vendors, contractors, developers, and project managers. They will focus on selling doors and decoration supplies to businesses and large-scale projects, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Sales:
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as vendors.
• Present and promote our doors to businesses.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service, follow up on inquiries, and handle client concerns professionally.
• Stay updated on clients’ ongoing and upcoming projects to offer relevant products.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to management on market demands and pricing trends.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales in steel doors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of the construction and interior design industry is a plus.
