As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of major clients and positively contribute to expanding business relations.
What will you do?
- Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with merchants.
- Help the merchants through email, phone, presentations and in person meetings.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- 2+ years experience in customer success, account management , or business development, experience in the shipping field is the most preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
