Job Description
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the SAP SD module.
- Configure the SAP SD module according to business requirements, perform unit testing, and support integration testing to ensure system functionality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to support system implementation and user training.
- Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SAP SD module, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Participate in project planning and execution, including timelines, resource allocation, and status reporting, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support change management initiatives by communicating changes to stakeholders and providing necessary training and resources to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Integration with CRM
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business or relevant discipline
- Certified SAP CD
- Min 3 to 4 years’ experience in SAP Sales and distribution management
- Excellent skills of MS Office,
- Solid experience in SAP SD, CRM, integration with SAP modules
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
