Job Description
Aviary is seeking a dynamic and detail- oriented “Receptionist” to join our growing Team. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual.

Responsibilities:
- Manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
- Great and Assist clients, Candidates, and Visitors in a Professional manner.
- Answer Phone Calls, Handle inquires, and Direct calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and Manage meeting Arrangements.
- Maintain a well-organized Reception area.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Typing, preparing and collecting reports.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Job Requirements
- Candidate requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Fluent English (speaking & written)
- Professional attitude, Presentable and Customer-oriented.
- Strong organizational and Multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving and strong attention to detail.
Work conditions:
- Location: Head Office-Sheraton Buildings District
- Days off: 2 Days off
- Working hours: 9 to 5
