Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and support business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft effective campaigns, create compelling content, and analyze market trends to inform your approach.

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, etc.) to promote brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with event planning and coordination is desirable but not mandatory.
