Responsible for the suppliers of  Cosmetics.
Permanent visits to current / potential suppliers.
Identifying new suppliers, new products and best prices.
Meeting with the suppliers, negotiating prices, specifications, contract terms, methods of shipping, delivery time and following the renewals.
Following up with finance department and ensuring the accuracy of the invoices.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
Assess, manage and mitigate risks
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
