- Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
- To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Assist Sales manager in setting individual sales targets of sales team members.
- Lead, manage & supervise sales team and provide needed training and coaching to them to achieve the individual sales targets.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Monitor team performance and make frequent reports.
- Minimum 6 years of experience
