Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize property sales and client acquisition.
- Provide expert investment consultancy and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategies.
- Ensure all team activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with proven leadership or team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt and the MENA region.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as required.
