Quality Control Engineer

performing the basic responsibilities:

1. Finish the product improvement process to ensure that non-conforming products are not accepted
2. Oversees and reviews in detail all quality control departments to ensure integrity of the quality control process
3. Studies the product drawings in accordance with the inspection process
4. coordinates among the employees of the quality control department affiliated to him in order to obtain the best results for the quality control operations
5. Provides drawings and inspection pages for use in the quality control process
6. Participates in defining the necessary inspection steps for the product
7. Provide measurement tools and train new employees to use them
8. Coordinating with the competent departments (design _ production _ planning....) to study the problems of products
9. Preparing daily and monthly quality reports
10. Use statistical methods to study production quality and cases of non-conformity and work to solve problems using own models
11. Study returns and customer problems and  develop solutions to treat them and prevent their recurrence
12. ability to stop any production process that leads to the manufacture of defective products
13. Monitors the implementation of industrial security rules and instructions.
14. Collaborate closely with other team members.
