Job Description
- Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
- Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
- Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
- Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed
- Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems
- Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Tracking the progress of shipments
- Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations
- Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stock
- Build the process for warehouses system and establish new warehouses across Egypt
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in management or another related field.
- Preferred to be in logistics/ or Warehouses.
- Experience from 7 - 10 years of work experience in logistics filed .
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
