Job Description
- Supervise the soft services team, including housekeeping, hospitality, drivers, and office boys.
- Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of all administrative offices and common areas.
- Oversee hospitality services and ensure a comfortable environment for staff and visitors.
- Coordinate with maintenance and supply departments to ensure the availability of cleaning and hospitality materials.
- Plan work schedules, shifts, and daily tasks for facility support staff.
- Monitor performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Handle service-related complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of experience in facility or soft services management within construction or large-scale companies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
