Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of infrastructure engineers and draftsmen.
- Review and approve design drawings and calculations related to infrastructure networks.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP) to ensure design integration.
- Follow up on design progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
- Manage technical submissions and respond to consultant/client comments.
- Provide technical guidance and solve engineering issues within the team.
- Prepare work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure design and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems: roads, stormwater, sewer, water supply, etc.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with local and international standards and regulations.
