Arch Team Leader
● Min 10 years of experience in construction.
● A good knowledge to create shop drawing from pdf or photo.
● Perfect problem solver and a good negotiator with consultant to get the company rights as the BOQ
● A good knowledge with shop drawing - QS - invoices - conflicted design drawing reports - good coordinator with others deportments - perfect at materials selection
● Can do a breakdown the new items
Programs needed :-
- Autocade
- sketch up
- Lumion
- Revit
- MS. Office
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
