Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our call center team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics through our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system , and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of call center agents.
  • Receive Calls and follow with customers
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads.
  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
  • Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and meet KPIs.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with our sales team to ensure a great customer experience. 
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor or similar managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of call center software and CRM systems is a plus.
