Establish supplier resource pool for sourcing, with no less than 3 suppliers for each type of material
-Undertake cost reduction targets, develop cost reduction projects, and follow up on their implementation
-Guide suppliers to improve performance and maintain long-term cooperative relationships
-Regularly organize and collect performance evaluations of suppliers
-Develop and improve price accounting models, analyze price rationality
-Obtain and analyze major market trends to provide support for procurement plans
-Parallel factory nodes, analyze BOM details, clarify procurement mode
-Collaborate with suppliers to continuously optimize packaging, adjust MOQ, and increase packing volume
-Follow up with suppliers to print DN and deliver according to T-1 plan
-Supplier capacity management, promoting efficiency improvement or adding new equipment
-Develop and improve indirect procurement processes
-Establish an indirect procurement supplier resource pool
-Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as following up coming Shipment, documents transactions and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures
-Summarize payment status on schedule
-Participate in the development of warehouse management standards, ensure that material accounts match reality, and regularly conduct inventory checks on warehouse materials
-Participate in the development of material storage standards and outbound regulations, coordinate the timely warehousing and outbound of material
