Our company manages more than 300 units in 28 different areas of Dubai.Main company mission is to become #1 Property Management company on the market!Our product is organized efficient property management with consistent, high rental revenue for our clients!Due to the company’s growth, we’re currently looking for an Property Consultant to join our fast-growing team!What you will do: Working with incoming leads - no cold calling!Provide Daily Reports on department's KPIsConduct meetings and presentations with property owners (Office, Zoom, On-site)Prepare Commercial Offers and AgreementsSupport the client till the deal is closed.What we expect: REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUSTUpper intermediate level of EnglishFrom 1.5 to 3 years in Sales with proven track recordBe a confident PC user (Google Docs, any CRM)Have energy, a high level of empathy, warmth, and self-confidenceDesire to learn, develop, grow professionally, and be a top performerDriving license and a car will be an advantage.What you'll get working with us:Fixed Salary + commission with no cap!
