Respond to customer inquiries regarding construction specifications, financing methods, maintenance and repair types, and evaluation.
Oversee the signing of real estate documents and disbursement of financing.
Visit competing projects and prepare periodic reports on them.
Participate in organizing sales promotion programs and materials in advertisements, newspapers, and promotional brochures for projects.
Verify customer financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing by communicating with banks and financing companies.
