Job Description
- Required Tasks:
- Detailed knowledge of projects and their specifications.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and increase the company's sales levels.
- Develop and communicate with the customer base.
- Inform customers of available projects and discuss terms of sale or lease.
- Prepare contracts and paperwork required to complete the sale or lease.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding construction specifications, financing methods, maintenance and repair types, and evaluation.
- Oversee the signing of real estate documents and disbursement of financing.
- Visit competing projects and prepare periodic reports on them.
- Participate in organizing sales promotion programs and materials in advertisements, newspapers, and promotional brochures for projects.
- Verify customer financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing by communicating with banks and financing companies.
