Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for Monitoring, maintaining, installing and configuring the computer systems and networks (Software – Hardware). He must Experienced in installation for network & network Security Installing & configuring Windows & Microsoft office, Troubleshooting network, ADSL ,Windows & Office Qualification.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in an information technology related field
• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication ability
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• preferred Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
