Job Description

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the field of construction building materials is a MUST
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
