Job Description
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning IBM software solutions to their business challenges.
- Conduct live demos and presentations to showcase IBM software capabilities.
- Design and execute PCs to validate IBM solutions in customer environments.
- Work closely with account managers to develop winning sales strategies.
- Assist in creating technical proposals, responses to RFPs, and other sales documentation.
- Provide insights on IBM software advantages compared to competitors.
- Conduct sessions to educate customers and partners on IBM solutions.
- Share customer insights and requirements to influence product development.
Job Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of IBM software solutions (e.g., AI, Cloud, Automation, Security, or Data & Analytics).
- 2-4 years of Experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical features into business benefits.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
