Senior Software Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee and review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and construction projects to ensure alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and compliance codes.
• Provide technical guidance and support during project planning, design review, and execution phases.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality MEP systems.
• Validate and approve design calculations, technical submittals, equipment specifications, and shop drawings.
• Review and ensure accuracy of mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting), electrical, and low-current systems.• Ensure adherence to national and international design codes and standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the installation and performance of MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, proposing effective solutions while maintaining project timelines.
• Prepare and present professional technical reports and recommendations to management.
• Prepare and provide all technical reports to the Engineering Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on design review and project oversight.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial parks is preferred.
- Relevant experience for 4 years at least
- Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, and Low-Current Systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and other MEP-related tools.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to write and deliver clear, professional technical reports.
