Job Description

Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the execution of talent attraction and recruitment strategies to identify and select talent across identified units.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet hiring targets as per the organizations growth plan.
  • Develop Manpower plan.
  • Execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs.
  • Give best in class candidate experience
  • Identify organisations needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
  • Meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction.
  • Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Identify Innovative/new sourcing channels/tools and build internal capability.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to hire the best and maintain the source mix at an optimal cost.
  • Identify the tools that help the business to scale up the hiring process.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement brand awareness initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Overall work experience +6 years in managing end to end recruitment processes.
  • Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Should be a go-getter, who has an ability to drive strategic talent acquisition goals for the organization in a fast paced, complex environment.
  • Experience in conducting research, mapping target companies to engage and attract talent.
  • Experience in interviewing all job levels.
  • Experience in a reputable real estate company is a MUST
  • Fluent in Arabic & English language written & spoken
