Provide fast and efficient customer service to business partners, resellers, regional service centers, end-users, and internal company teams.
Provide advanced technical sales assistance and technical support on problems of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Provide training, job site demonstrations, installation and troubleshooting, including presentation of surveying equipment and customized classes for support and product issues.
Provide new product input, field-testing, maintenance and adjusting of surveying equipment.
Develop specific technical communications as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience and strong competency with surveying equipment.
Effective decision-making, planning, communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in a Technical Support environment,
Bachelor of Engineering Survey and/or Bachelor of Arts Surveying Department.
Domestic and international travel required.
