Job Description

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits and policies.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee engagement activities and events.
  • Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees and management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree 
experience as an HR Specialist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
