Job Description
• Download and upload files from designated software as required.
• Maintain organized records of files and track their status throughout the workflow.
• Review and interpret notes added by clients and communicate these requirements clearly to other teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for account managers to clarify any specific client needs.
• Facilitate communication within the team and guide team members in understanding and implementing new procedures.
• Attend meetings with team members and clients to discuss workflow updates, answer queries, and provide insights.
• Use excel to manage data, track workflows and provide updates as needed.
• Actively identify and recommend opportunities for optimization of workflow.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication).
- Proficiency in Excel and other related software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, account managers and clients.
- Team-oriented.
- Highly organized and capable of managing tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willing to work night shift.
