Would you like to be participate in the development of AI driven next generation Cyber Security solution? Our company is located in the USA, with presence in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
In this job Cloud Security Engineer, you will be part of a team of Cyber Security experts, Software developers, and AI engineers to design and build security solutions that will be sold globally. you will be a key player in implementing cloud security strategy and assuring Secure migration to the cloud.
The job location is Egypt – Cairo

In this role you will:

Serve as subject matter expert for cloud security.
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure security and cloud network security.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as code (IAC) security.
Identify possible automation opportunities in the cloud security practices.
Identify possible security risks and determine suitable measures for cloud applications..
Oversee and participate in the strategies for secure cloud migration.
Work in a cross functional team of security professionals, software developers and AI engineers.
Provide consultancy for software developers when needed.

Job Requirements

Your experience and knowledge:

BSc degree in a Computer Science or Computer Technology as a minimum. MSc is preferred.
5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security.
Experience in one or more public cloud platforms: Azure, AWS and GCP.
Experience in cloud infrastructure & network scanning is very preferred.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as code (IAC) frameworks like Terraform and cloudFormation.
Experience with scripting languages like python.
Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools.
Source code review for control flow and security flaws is a plus.
Experience in working with and automating open source tools.
Mastery of Linux/Mac/Windows operating systems, including bash and PowerShell.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards like SOC2, ISO 27001 is a plus.

Your competencies and skills

Information security professional certifications encouraged (CISSP, AWS/Azure security professional)
Excellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills.
Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
You are fluent in English and Arabic, and any other European language is a plus.
Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on translating technically complex security issues into simple, easy to understand concepts for business and technical reviews.
