As a Ticket Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for answering customer queries, managing ticket bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via calls and emails, providing them with travel options;
- Offering detailed information about ticket prices, schedules, and availability;
- Making reservations according to customer needs and budgets;
- Promoting and selling our travel services;
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English (B2+);
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Previous experience in travel services or sales (preferred);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently;
- Fast learner with good time management;
- Ability to work night shifts;
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
