Job Description
- Leading the design process for all branches in collaboration with the design studio.
- Reviewing the design and submitting it to the relevant authorities for approval.
- Conducting the tenders of the project to a group of limited contractors and negotiating with them to obtain the best price.
- Monitoring contractors' commitment to implementing work according to the required quality and timeline.
- Handing over the project to the relevant authorities.
- Responsible for maintenance work for existing branches and coordinating with branch managers to facilitate operational processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering architecture/civil engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or fit-out projects.
- Previous experience in fit-out projects, high end finishings, and fast track projects is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of tenders and contracts.
- High skills in negotiation are required.
- Excellent communication with contractors, technicians and awareness of market prices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft office.
- Must Have a Car.
