Fleet Section Head

We are seeking a proactive Fleet Section Head to manage and optimize our employee transportation operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective transport services for thousands of employees, supporting the smooth functioning of our production facilities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the company’s transportation fleet (buses, vans, drivers).
  Plan, schedule, and monitor transportation routes to ensure on-time arrival and departure.
• Manage driver performance, training, and compliance with safety and company policies.
• Monitor vehicle conditions, coordinate with maintenance for preventive and corrective actions.
• Control transportation costs and optimize route efficiency.
• Handle contracts and coordinate with external transportation service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet utilization, expenses, and incident reports.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
