Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across the organization
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools to streamline the recruitment process
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and networking events
  • Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to source potential candidates
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
  • Stay informed about job market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Regional experience in Engineering field
  • 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Engineering industry
  • Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in employer branding and social media recruiting
  • Knowledge of local job market trends and competitor landscape
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English
