Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments
- Handle the recruitment process end to end
- Onboard the new hires and induct their contract signing
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is not necessary but a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
- Enthusiastic attitude with great resilience
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
