Job Description
- Be a “leader of change”. This person must be comfortable working with all levels within the organization.
- Will be responsible for managing and leading continuous improvement projects.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools methodology.
- Manage lean project plan directed at reducing waste and improving quality to provide greater valve; implements such tools as: 5S, Cycle time analysis, Line balance, OEE, SMED, VSM, and Kaizen.
- Train and lead cross-functional continuous improvement teams; focusing on measurable quality, service and cost improvements.
- Implements lean program that focuses on reducing process and product variation. Implements such as tools: Process Capability, Pareto analysis, Fishbone.
- Drives the standardization of processes and the implementation of metrics and best practices.
- Conduct trainings for lean tools.
Job Requirements
- BS degree of Engineering.
- Certified lean Green Belt.
- LEAN manufacturing experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing operation.
- Proven track record in leading high performance teams and attaining results; able to quantify results.
- Computer skills including M/S Office.
