Job Description
• To analyse potential markets for ITS existing portfolio and potential demand for added products.
• To thoroughly gather information on competitors, market share, growth projections and trends.
• To identify future competition
• To identify potential customer and market leads and data
• To use different tools for data gathering such as surveys, research, focus groups…
• Translate data into market intelligence reports helping management in strategic decision-making
• To articulate and present key actionable market and competitor insights to the management.
• To build and maintain strong working relations internal or external stakeholders.
• To perform analyses of key industry trends
• To make recommendations to management based on key intelligence findings
• To maintain knowledge on data sources and their credibility
• To identify new business needs and challenges
• To ensure intelligence is shared with proper ITS departments
• To keep local and international market knowledge up to date by following relevant publications on different mediums.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration
• 5 – 7 years experience in a similar industry
• Strong organisational skills and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to articulate clear, comprehensive and convincing presentation to management
• Excellent written abilities
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to take initiative
