Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities.
Monitoring building maintenance budgets.
Arranging for building improvements.
Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs.
Supervising grounds staff.
Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants.
Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
Maintaining records of tenants.
Inspect the building frequently for signs of damage or wear.
Evaluating service providers' performance standards.
Enforce rules & regulations of building occupancy.
Assure fulfillment of compliance obligations.
Promote continual improvement.
Conform to Environmental, Occupational health, and safety management system requirements.

BSc. Business administration, or any relevant
3 - 5years of experience
Good in the English Language

Must be able to interface with a variety of people with different technical levels and educational backgrounds.
