Job Description
-Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase sales and market share in construction chemicals with traders and distributors
- Identify potential markets and customers, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire export process, including negotiating contracts, arranging shipments, and ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales activities with overall business objectives and ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and distributors, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of international trade regulations, including tariffs, duties, and other customs requirements.
-Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with construction chemicals traders, distributors, contractors, developers, architects, and consultants to promote our products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by proactively prospecting and engaging with potential clients in the traditional market and construction chemicals sector.
-Prepare and present sales forecasts, budget proposals, and reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
-Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Job Requirements
1- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or sciences , Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2- Proven experience in construction chemicals sales at least 10 years of experience is a must
3- Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
4- previous experience preferred to be on on construction chemicals industry traders, distributors
5- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance and achieving sales targets.
6- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
7- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
8- Results-oriented and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
