Job Description
- Coordinate with production and planning departments and set the yearly maintenance plan.
- Create and overlook OEE reports for all of the equipment in the plant.
- Lead and train all mechanical maintenance engineers and technicians.
- Manage the spare parts warehouse and label all mechanical parts with a part number.
- Create an EHR for all equipment.
- Ensure that lubrication log is followed.
- Lead the mechanical team in dealing with all breakdowns and creating a root cause analysis for frequent breakdown causes.
- Order all required spare parts.
- Direct and oversee the commissioning of new equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of office software.
- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills.
- English fluency.
