Job Description
The MEP Team Lead (Cairo) is responsible for:
- Management of the MEP design team, in the relevant design office (Cairo), from a technical and creative design perspective, in accordance with all applicable design codes, standards, Authority requirements, and Client requirements. Hands-on ability using design tools such as AutoCAD, BIM / Revit, Navis Works, and MEP analysis and design software is essential.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lead all MEP technical design activities,
- Strong teamwork and team leadership ability,
- Extensive experience designing and leading large-scale, complex design projects covering hospitality, healthcare, residential, offices, landscape, infrastructure, and mixed-use project types, preferably including towers of 30 floors or more,
- Provide leadership and advice on how to solve technical and design challenges within projects,
- Comply with, refine and improve the technical, quality and compliance systems with the MEP team,
- building, managing, and maintaining professional relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, other consultants, and contractors, and,
- Support the MEP Lead (Riyadh) as required.
