Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new project opportunities within the construction and finishing materials market.
- Build strategic partnerships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Participate in the preparation of development proposals and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align development efforts with business objectives.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or project development, preferably in the building materials or construction sector.
- Strong market analysis, planning, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
