Job Summary:

A leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment for hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses, seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts. You will promote our innovative range of kitchen appliances (e.g., ovens, fryers, refrigeration systems) and deliver solutions that align with the operational needs of hospitality clients. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and onboard new clients (hotels, restaurants, catering services) through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Present product features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers (chefs, procurement managers, business owners).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., upgrades, maintenance packages).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and hospitality regulations (e.g., food safety, energy efficiency).
  • Position as a trusted partner by understanding clients’ unique kitchen workflows and challenges.
  • Work with technical teams to address client inquiries and customize proposals.
  • Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Develop territory-specific sales plans using CRM tools to track leads and pipeline.
  • Attend trade shows, culinary expos, and industry events to expand brand visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in kitchen equipment, hospitality supplies, or foodservice technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical product details into client-focused benefits.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen operations and hospitality industry dynamics.
