- Engage with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
- Assist customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.

☑️ Net Salary 7,000 EGP.
☑️ English Level B1 (for bilingual account).
☑️ Handling English and Arabic chats.
☑️ Typing speed on keyboard should be 30 words per minute for both English and Arabic languages.
☑️ Last shift for females ends at 12 AM.
☑️ 5 working days & 2 days off (rotational).
☑️ Working from site only.
