Job Description
- Design and implement a comprehensive Microsoft 365 deployment plan, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Set up and configure Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune, according to company policies and security standards.
- Develop and enforce security policies through Conditional Access, Intune MDM, and other Microsoft 365 security tools.
- Manage data migration processes, ensuring seamless transition of user data, email accounts, and documents to Microsoft 365.
- Customize Microsoft 365 applications for team collaboration, document management, and communication, tailoring features like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to enhance productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the IT team and other departments to maximize the platform’s capabilities.
- Address troubleshooting and support needs during and after deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Microsoft 365 implementation and administration
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and management features.
- Strong experience with data migration to Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange to Exchange Online.
- Advanced knowledge of configuring and managing Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Proficiency in creating policies for data protection, compliance, and mobile device management (MDM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Microsoft certifications include Microsoft Certified as an Enterprise Administrator Expert and Microsoft Certified as Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- Experience in project management or IT service management (ITIL certification is a plus)
